BEGIAING at a point on the easterly line of Meadow Lane at the
sou wez�T sterly corner of the premises herein described and the north-
westerly corner of premises heretofore conveyed by Stanley G.Case
to Ernest W. Case and Janet P. Case, by Deed dated February 25,1961,
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 4957 Of
Deeds at page 468 (which point is North 13 degrees 01 minute'40 se-
conds East a distance of 300.0 feet from the intersection formed-
by the easterly line of Meadow Lane with the Northerly line of New
Suffolk Avenge); running thence along the easterly line of Meadow
Lane, North 13 degrees 01 mingte 40 seconds East, a distance of 40.0
feet; running thence along other land of Ruth B. Case, South 76 de-
grees, 58 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of approximately 225
feet to the existing edge of the woods; continuing thence in the same
direction, South 76 degrees 58 minutes 20 seconds East, to the high
water line mf West Creek; running thence in a southerly direction
along the high water line of West Creek a distance of 40 feet or more
to the aforesaid land heretofore conveyed by Stanley B. Case td Ernest
W. Case and Janet P. Case; running thence in a westerly direction along
said land of Ernest W. Case and Janet P. Case, North 76 degrees 58
minutes 20 seconds West to the point or place of beginning.
