Y.", surveyed June 28, 1922 by otto-W. Van Tuyl, C.E. & Surveyor, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Su~folk, on August 16, 1922 as Map No. 156. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of the 12rst part _of, in and to the land under water in Little Peconic Bay, abutting said premises. SUBJECT, however, to an easement over a strip of land extending fifteen leet 2n width along and above high water mark, which shall form part of a common roadway for the benefit of all persons owning lands on said Nassau Point, including the grantee herein. SUBJECT to a first mortgage held by George A. Krug and a second mort- gage held by E. B. Carley & Co., Inc., covering the above described premises.
