BEGINNING at a point in the westerly line of Cox Neck Road,
which point of beginning is North 00 591 40" West 100 feet from a
monument set at the intersection of the westerly line of Cox Neck
Road with the division line between lands of Chudiak and. lands for-
merly of Arnold B. Sacks; running thence from the point of beginning
South 74° 33t 40" West 125 feet to a point; running thence North 00
591 40" West 100 feet to a point; running thence North 74G 331 40"
East 125 feet to a point in the westerly line of Cox Neck Road; man-
ing thence South 00 59t 4011 East 100 feet along the westerly line of
Cox Neck Road to the point or place of BEGINNING.-
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by William
Chudiak and Anna Chudiak, his wife, to Raymond A. Sanford by deed
dated August 6, 1958 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
September 8, 1958 in Liber 4510 of deeds at page 260.
