III ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being isuslux at Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, bounded and described as follows:
ii BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the westerly line of Wickham
pAvenue at the northeast corner of the premises herein described,
Ill said monument being at or near the southeast corner of land of
Albrecht; from said point of beginning running along said westerly
line of Wickham Avenue, S. 240 541 2011 E. 222.52 feet; running thence
through land of the party of the first part two courses as follows:

(1) S. 650 051 4011 W. 215.03 feet; thence (2) N. 520 571 4011 W.
238.52 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek;
thence along said ordinaryhigh water mark of Mattituck Creek to a
point which in N. 30° 461 2011 E. 201.36 feet from the last described -
point; thence along land of Galgano, S. 520 571 4011 E. 190.0 feet to
a concrete monument; thence along said land of Galgano and along
land of Albrecht, N. 220 201 1011 E. 97.50 feet to the point of
beginning.
SUBJECT to a right of way 20 feet in width running from the
point of beginning southwesterly to the southwest corner of land of
Galgano.
