corner of land of Ellen Hill; from said point of beginning running
along said easterly line of Westview Drive,North 11°17120^ West
75.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence along land now or formerly of
William H. Mason and Harry E. Mason 2 courses, as follows: (1)

party of the first part herein by William H. Mason and Harry E. Mason
