Office on November.27, 1928, as Map No. 186, which said plot is more
particularly bounded and described a000rdiag to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the northerly side of Riley
Avenue at the southeasterly corner of Plot No. 4 on said map, which said
s point of beginning is distant 2$0 feet easterly from the corner formed
by the irlorseotion of the said northerly side of Riley Avenue with the
easterly side of Bay Avenue; thence running along the easterly line of
Lots 4, 3, 2 Bud 1, also plot marked May Riley on said Map, N. 190 291
W.-334.2 feet to land now or formerly of James H. Rambo; thence running
along said last mentioned land,N. 700 311 E.-7$.0 feet to the westerly
line of Plot 7 on said Map; thence running along said last mentioned
line, S. 190 291 E.-334.2 feet to the northerly side of Riley Avenue;
thence running along said northerly side of Riley Avenue, S. 700 311 W.
