401 40" W. 191.70 feet to an iron pipe and land of Joseph Zaleski;
thence along said land of Joseph Zaleski, N. 87° 191 20" .W. 150.0
feet to an iron pipe on said easterly line of Deep Hole Drive; thence
along said easterly line, N. 20 401 4011 E. 205.93 feet to the point
of beginning.
SUBJECT to the following covenants and restrictions:
