more particularly the second parcel herein described); thence northerly
along the easterly side of Bridge Lane; thence westerly along the north-
erly side of Piorth Road; thence northerly about llf45 feet along land
formerly of McKibben now of Sidney Silleck; thence easterly 25 feet
along Long Island Sound; thence southerly about 406 feet along land now
or formerly of Lloyd Stryker; thence easterly 597.9 feet along land now
or formerly of Lloyd Stryker, land formerly of John Drum now of Sidney
Silleck and land of Vera Terry Lupton to point or place of beginning.

the southeasterly corner of land formerly of James Mahoney; running
thence northerly along said land of James Mahoney 966 feet to an iron
pipe near the southwesterly corner of Parcel 2 hereinafter described;
thence easterly along the southerly wife of said Parcel 2,246.16 feet
to another pine set at a point 20 feet westerly from the easterly side
of land of Sidney B. Silleck et ano; thence southerly on a line parallel
to said easterly side of land of said Sidney B. Silleck, et one, and
at all points 20 feet westerly therefrom 957.1 feet to an iron pipe,
on said northerly side of Ore^_on Road; thence westerly along said
northerly side of Oregon Road 243.65 .feet to point or'place of becinn-
ing.

scribed Parcel #1 and being the southwesterly corner of the
premises herein described as Parcel 2 and running thence northerly
along the land formerly of James Mahoney 163 feet to a monument set in

easterly in a"straight line to another iron pipe set in the north-
easterly corner of the lands herein described as Parcel 1; thence
westerly along the northerly boundary of said lands described as
Parcel 1, 246.18 feet to beginning.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying
and being at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the northeasterly side of Bridge Lane
said point of beginning being 2635 feet more or less northwesterly
along said northeasterly side from the North Road and 15.09 feet north-
westerly along said northeasterly side from:the westerly corner of land
of W. Krupski, from said point of beginning; running along said north-
easterly side of Bridge .Lane, North 440 001 30" West 125.0 feet to an
iron pipe; thence along land of Parcel 1, three courses and distances
as follows: (1) North 520 221 00" East 150.0 feet to an iron pipe;
thence (2) South 44' 001 .30" East 125.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence
(3) South 520 22- 00" West 150.0 feet to beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Vincent
Hokin by deeds recorded in Suffolk CountyClerk's office in Liber
2283 cp 358 and.362; 2419 cp 170.
