BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Park Avenue distant
528 feet as measured along the southerly side of Park Avenue from its
Intersection with the westerly side of Marratooka Road; running thence
southeasterly along the boundary line between Lots Nos. 7 end 8 650
V feet more or less to the mean high water mark of Great Peconic Bay;
running thence westerly along the mean high water mark of Great Peconie
Bay 132 feet more or less to the boundary line between Lots Nos. 6 and
7; running thence northwesterly along said boundary line 650 feet
more or less to the southerly side of Park Avenue; running thence
easterly along the southerly side of Park Avenue 132 feet more or less
to the point or place of beginning. ,
BEING and INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed in deed from
