Pursuant to your request for a determination of jurisdiction in the above
matter, please be advised that the Trustees inspected the property on
October 21, 1987.
We have determined that we have no jurisdiction in this matter as long as
all work is done in accordance with the survey submitted and dated February 18,
1983 and approved by the N.Y.S.D.E.C. on December 4, 1986.
Should there be any change to this plan, please contact this office.
This determination is not a determination for any other department or agency
which may have iurisdiction. Please return to the Building Dept. for a
determination on the need of any other town permits that may be required.

Most of it is not tyDical wetland it i9 -ore ~oodland with the usual
dense JnaergroN~n of brambles, vines, 9oison ivy and fa~len trees~

along ~ne nor;n siae of the lot so we can waik ~o the water and
jus~ clean up the undergrowth in the woodland portio~ of ~ne area.
I would like [o remove some of ~ne less desirable trees ;na'c are
crow~i.n~ each ot~er ou~. There ars some very nice oaK, ma[le anj
hickory ~rees that I wouIa liKe ~o .see get so~e light and growing
room.

no effect on the wetlands, in fac~ it would im[rove their purpose.

?he R.O.W. is wooded in part.' When this access road is constructed some consideration
should be given to the intersect it makes ~ith 0rch~rd Lsne. If the present road in
Orchard Lane is centered in its ~0 ft. R.O.W., it will make a difficult turn into
the 25 ft. R.O.W.
Recomendations for access to lot. B~ C & D:
1. Olear the R.O.W. where necessary. Remove stumos, topsoil and leaf mould.

2. Road width to be 14 ft.
