Dear Mr. Guldi:
We are in receipt of your letter of May 6, 1981 and are glad
to see this project is in progress.
In regard to Corey Creek, we suggest the spoil be put on the
west side.
As to Mill Creek, there is a tern colony of 1500 pair nesting
nearby. Therefore, we suggest dredging be held off until mid
summer or until such time as the birds leave.
Also, would it be possible to knock the point off the east side
of the entrance while the dredge is there? This has accumu-
lated to such an extent as to interfere with boats going into
Arshamoma~ue Pond.
