THIS CONVEYANCE hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage
executed by Bernard A. DePetris and Rose W. DePetris, his wife, to

26, 1960 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in
Liber 3498 of mortgages at page 468, in the sum of $8,500.00, and
