HomeMy WebLinkAboutL 5134 P 266 ,",,,5134 PAGE 2CF Alo, 166 _ THIS INDENTURE made in duplicate the 30 day of .�an-CLr ( 1962, between the TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, in the County of Suffolk and State of New York, by a majority of its duly elected Trustees, and in pursuant at Chapter 61$ of the Laws of New York passed in 1893 and in pursuant of a written resolution adopted by a majority of the Board of Trustees of said Town of Southold at a meeting ` held pursuant to notice duly given to all members thereof on the 30 day of �a,..wa 1962, party of the first part, and JAMES m c DELEHANTY and DOROTHEA DELEHANTY, his wife, residing at Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York, parties of the second part; W I T N E S S E T H That the party of the first part in consideration of the sum of One and 00/loo-----------------------------------($1.00) Dollar to said Town duly paid before the delivery hereof doth hereby grant, bargain, sell and release unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever: ALL that piece or parcel of land situate at Mattitucl[, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the boundary line between land of the parties of the second part and land of Mason at the point where said boundary would be intersected by the high water mark of Mattituck Creek, as found in 1951, from said point of beginning running along said land of Mason S. 730 141 00" W. 205 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek; thence northerly along said high water mark 15 feet, more or less, to land of Gunther; thence along said land of Gunther on a line parallel to and 15 feet northerly from the first course, hereinabove mentioned, N. 73° 141 00" E. 190 feet, more or less, to said high water mark as found in 19$1; thence southeasterly along said high water mark 20 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above mentioned premises with the appurtenances unto the said parties of the second part their heirs and assigns forever. --
