The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees at
its regular meeting on August 23, 1990:
RESOLVED that the Trustees grant permission to Michael Hall on
behalf of David and Joyce Corcoran to trim Phragmites on
property located on 2460 Mill Road, Peconlc, NY.

Re: Premises 2460 Mill Road, Peconic, New York
Dear Trustees:
Please be advised that I represent David and Joyce
Corcoran, the owners of a home located at 2460 Mill Road in Peconic
(SCTM 1000-67-05-04.) This property fronts on Goldsmith's Inlet.
During the past several months, the Corcorans have
inadvertently allowed the phragmites to become overgrown in a
portion of their rear yard.
Please advise my office as to what steps my clients
should take in order to obtain permission to trim these phragmites
back to their original territory.
