WHNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second
part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, situate,

State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Cedars Road distant
167 feet westerly from the intersection of said southerly line of
Cedars Road and the westerly line of New Suffolk Road, and running
thence south 8 degrees 51 east along land of the party of the second
Part 53.90 feet to other land of the party of the second part;
running thence south 87 degrees 341 50" west 221.78 feet along other
land of the party of the second part to said southerly line of
Cedars Road; and running thence north 73 degrees 391 50" east 223
feet along said southerly line of Cedars Road to the point or
place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a triangular piece of land, bounded on the
east and south by land of the party of the second part, and on the
north by Cedars Road.
