as follows. On the East by lands now or formerly of Arabella D. Hamilton
and Welter L. Robinson; on the South by private road of George H. Horton,
one hundred (100) feet; on the West by lands now or formerly of George
H. Horton, and on the North by lands now or formerly of George H. Horton,
being a plot 100 feet by 150 feet, and being premises formerly conveyed
by Sereno P. Conklin and Huth Conklin, his wife, to Herold R. Reeve,
under deed dated December 5th, 1930, and recorded In the office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 10th, 1930, in Liter 1544
of deeds, page 298. Together with all rights of the party of the
. first part in and to the bed of the road adjoining on the south.
