BEGINNING at a locust stake set at the southeasterly corner of the
premises herein described and at the northeasterly corner of land
now or formerly of John Zuhoski, and adjoining land formerly of
Burke and Silleck on the east; running from said point of beginn-
Ing along said land now or formerly of Join Juhoski, south 41'30'001-

1°30'00^west, a distance of 444.10 feet to a stone monument set in a right
of way; thence along the right of way and other land now or form-
erly of John Zuhoski, (1) north 46139'50° a,eat, a distance of

100 feet to a point; (3) north 46°39'50" west, a distance of 420
feet to the high water mark of Long Island Sound; thence easterly

east, a distance of 436.54 feet to land note or formerly of Burke
and Silleck; thence along said land formerly of Burke ana illeck,

TOGETER with the right and privilege of ingrer;s and egress to
and from the above described premises to the Oregon Road over
and upon a certain right of way as established by anreement be-
tween the party of the first part herein and John Zuhoski and
wife, dated June 20 , 1962, and intended to be recorded simul-
taneously herewith.
SUBJECT, however, to the rights and easements of the said John
Zuhoski, his heirs and assigns, in and to said right of way in-
sofar as the same crosses and runs along the westerly boundary
of the above described premises.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party
I. of the first part by deed made by Martha Lindsay dated October 4,
1945, and recorded in the office of the clerk of the county of
Suffolk October 5, 1'_145, liber 2491 of conveyances, page 203, and
Ir. by deed made by Anna J. Masters, and others, dated January 10,
1946, recorded January 18, 1946, liber 2521 of conveyances, page
'r 399, in said county clerk's office.
SUBJECT, also, to a right of way running across the southerly ten
(10) feet of the premises and described in Liber 2521 cp 399.
