Point Causeway Association Inc., 215 feet more or less, to the
ordinary high water mark of Broadwaters Cove; thence westerly along
the ordinary high water mark of Broadwaters Cove as the same
meanders and turns 1150 feet, more or less, to the land now or form-
erly of Petrucci; thence North 20 58' 4011 West along the last
mentioned land 125 feet, more or less, to the land of the Town of
Southold; thence easterly and northeasterly along the last mentioned
land 6110 feet, more or less, to the southerly side of Bay Avenue
where the same is intersected by the southeasterly side of said land

southerly side of Bay Avenue 371 feet, more or less, to the corner
