Cooper, received on November 26, 2012 and stamped approved on December 12, 2012. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. The dock was turned over and is now lying on its side. I wish to make repairs and replace damaged/ broken parts. The fixed dock measures 31 ft in total length. The width is 4 ft for 16 ft , the remaining 15 ft width is approximately 3.5 ft toward the shore. The floating dock is undamaged and measures 16 ft length by 5 ft width.
