Stanley Januskiewiez; thence running southerly along the westerly line
of land of said Stanley Januskiewicz, South 6 degrees 30 minutes 10
seconds West a distance of 130 feet to the lands of Schondelmeier;
running thence in a general westerly direction along the northerly line
of land of Schondelmeier, South 86 degrees 58 minutes 40 seconds West
a distance of 250 feet to the easterly line of Bay Avenue; running

conveyed by Ralph N. Sterling to George R. Leslie and Flora S. Leslie
his wife, by deed dated January 15, 1935, and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerkta Office in Liber 1798 of Deeds at Page 582 on January
18, 1935.
