Baylis, C.E., Huntington, L.I,", which map was filed in the Office of the Cleiapof the County of Suffolk, New York, on or about January 3rd, 1914 ase No. 41. ALSO a right of way over South Drive, Bay View Avenue and North Drive as laid out on said map, to be used in common with present and future owners of lands shown on said map. ALSO a right of passage and access to the waters of Mattituek Bay at the Easterly extremity of Bay View Avenue, to be used in common with present and future owners of ]ands shown on said map. The interest of the grantor in said premises is that of remainderman under paragraph "THIRD (a)" of the Last Will and Testament of Mae Schluensen (formerly Mae Sims), which was probated in the Surrogate's Court of Suffolk County, New York, on April 6th, 1964• Mae Schluensen, formerly known as Mae Sims, acquired title to said premises by deed from Sophia Carroll and George R. Carroll, her husband, by deed dated August 2, 1933 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 4, 1933 in Liber 1727 of deeds, page 396.
