lawful aovey of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release auto the party of the wood part,the heirs or -
successors and assign of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being iBIX at Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the curved southerly line of Westview
Drive, said curve having a radius of 150 feet, 21.30 feet from a
point marking the easterly end of said curve and the westerly end
of a course havinga bearing of N. 71° '
g 42 40" E.; said point also
being opposite the easterly end of a curve on the northerly side
of Westview Drive said second curve having a radius of 100 feet and
a length of 169.30 feet the northerly end of this curve being distant
186.97 feet southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of
the southerly side of Brower Roadand the easterly side of Westview
Drive; from said point of beginning .running thence along land now
or formerly of Mason, S. 50 35' 30" E. 215.0 feet to ordinary high
water mark of Mattituck Creek as found in 1950; running thence
northwesterly along said high water mark as found in 1950, 100 feet,
more or less, the tie line being N. 690 41' 30" W. 100.615 feet, to
other land now or formerly of Mason; running thence along said other
land now or formerly of Mason, N. 80 001 E. 215.0 feet to the curved
southerly line of Westview Drive; running thence along the curved
southerly line of Westview Drive on a curve to the left 50.0 feet

T1 SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record affecting
said premises.
iY BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Harry E.
Mason and William H. Mason to Noel Albrecht and Dorothy Albrecht
by deed dated March 8, 1955 and recorded on March 30, 195$ in
Liber 3860 of deeds, Page 487, this being a correction deed given
to more accurately describe saidpremises.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party
of the first part to the filled in area adjacent to said premises
within the extension of the boundary lines of said premises to
present high water mark of Mattituck Creek.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the mortgagor
of, in and to waters and the land under waters of Mattituck Creek
lying in front of andadjacent to the above described premises.
