WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable Consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the patty of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,%blidbadmildba9c situate,
lying and being incl at Nassau Point or Little Hog Neck, Suffolk County, N.Y. and known
and designated as Lots 119 and 50 on map entitled, "Amended Xap A of Nassau Point
owned by Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc.,situate in the Town of Southold, N.Y.,
surveyed June 28th, 1922, by Otto Van Tuyl, C E n and filed in the office of the
Clerk ofSuffolk County, August 16, 1922, file No. 156.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in,
Bud to the land under water in Little Peconic Bay abutting the premises.
Subject howevers to an easement over a strip of land extending fifteen feet in width
along and above high water mark which shall form part of a common roadway for the
benefit of all persons owning lands at said Nassau Point.
Subject to covenants, restrictions, agreements and easements if any contained in
former recorded instruments affecting said premises.
Subject to any state of facts an accurate survey would show.
