WITNESSETH•that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable on,
sideration paid by the party of the second pact, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part'the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

Cutchogue, Suffolk County, New York, made by Otto W. Van Tuyl from
1 surveys completed March 23, 1939 as Map No. 1280.
TOGETHER with a right-of-way thirty (30) feet in width running
between Stillwater Avenue and Eugene Creek and being located opposite
j Track Avenue for access to and from Eugene Creek by foot only.
SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions, easements and agreements of
record, if any, and SUBJECT to any state of facts that an accurate
survey may show.
