BEGINNING at a monument on the westerly line of a 25 foot
right of way leading southerly from New Suffolk Avenue, said point
of beginning being about 2284 feet southerly along said 25 foot
right of way from New Suffolk Avenue and being also 292.60 feet
southerly along said westerly line from the southerly line of Kraus
Road and being the southeasterly corner of land of Fred Coningsby,
from said point of beginning running along said westerly line of
said 25 foot right of way, South 140 351 East 95 feet to the

northerly line of a 50 foot private road; thence along said northerly
line of said 50 foot private road, South 750 251 West 220.03 feet
to land of Zebroski; thence along said land of Zebroski, North 220 131
East 118.64 feet to a monument and said land of Coningsby, and thence
along said lana of Coningsby, North 750 251 East 148.96 feet to the
point of beginning.
BEING part of same premises described in deed made by William
J. Hattrick, Referee, to Peter F. Kroh, Jr., dated September 13, 1957
