Containing about two acres, more or less. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Magdalena Elak to Arthur A.Solecki by deed dated May 23,1945 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 2462 page 281 on July 9,1945 Also being the same premises conveyed by Arthur A.Solecki to Julian Solecki by deed dated May 10,1952 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3385 op 86 on July 28,1952.
