February 19, 1927 and filed in the office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on March 25, 1927 under File 192.
TOGETHER with the use of a right of way eight (8) feet wide
to and from Wickham Avenue to Long Creek, a branch of Mattituck
Bay, to pass and repass on foot only; said right of way commencing
at the northerly junction of Middle Road and Wickham Avenue at a
concrete monument, running in a westerly direction eight (8) feat;
thence running in a northerly direction 130 feet parallel with the
boundary line of property now or formerly of Hubert W. Klein and
Gustav Bayer, to mean high water mark of Long Creek; thence running
in an easterly direction along Long Creek to land of Hubert W. Klein;
thence running in a southerly direction along the western boundary of
Hubert W. Klein 130 feet to a concrete monument, the northerly
junction of Middle Road and Wickham Avenue, the point or place of
beginning..

BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part herein by deed dated May 7, 1962 from
