Terry, reputed owners on the north and the lands of the Long Island Railroad (Main Line Division) reputed owner on the south at its intersection with the southerly boundary of Hamilton Avenue; said point being 173 f feetsouthwesterly as measured along the said northerly boundary of the lands of the Long Island Railroad from its intersection with thee asterly boundary of Mary's Road; thence southwesterly along the first mentioned division line, 234.12 feet to a point on the division line between the lands of James H. Young, reputed owner on the west and the lends of L. Barron & Adelaide H. Hill & Hedvig P. Terry, reputed northerly along the last mentioned division liowners on the east; thence on the said southerly boundary of Hamilton Avener 96,44 feet to a point nue; thence eae terly along the said southerly boundary of Hamilton Avenue, 204.49 feet to the point of beginning; being the whole of Lot No. 37 as shown and delineated on a map entitled "Map of Garden Heights" filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 24, 1929 as Map No. 577, and containing 9,816 t square feet or 0.225 acres, more or less. The above descri ted parcel is shown on a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works of Suffolk County.
