FULL ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT Purpose: The full EA~: is designed to help applicants and agencies determine, in an or action may be significant. The question of whether an ' a project act[on may be s~gn f cant s not always eas~ to answer. Frequent- ly, there are aspects of a project that are subjective or unmeasureable. Full EAF Components: The full EAF is corn ~rised of three parts: Part 1: Provides objective data and information about a given project and its site. By identifying b~ic p~oject data, it as~sts a reviewer i'n the analysis that takes ~]ace in Parts 2 an~ 3.
