The Satn Lake Village Association permit authorized maintenance dredging and placement of spoil on the Cicorelli parcel. As Mr. Cicorelli is mn need of fill, in the vicinisy of his pro- posed home, which is farther landward than the proposed spoil deposition site for the Salt Lake Assocmasion, we would like to amend the perml~ to authormze placemen~ of the spoil within the previously approved area for the Cicorelli project.
