when taken together as one parcel are bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterly line of Wunneweta Road
at the division line between lots numbered 221 and 223 on said map;
running thence along the Southwesterly line of Wunneweta Road sub-
tended by a chord bearing South 52 degrees 24 minutes 20 seconds East
a distance along said chord of 97,49 feet; thence continuing along
said Southwesterly side of Wunneweta Road subtended by a chord bearing
South 68 degrees 43 minutes 30 seconds East a distance along said
chord of 229,14 feet to the Westerly end of the curve connecting the
Southwesterly line of Wunneweta Road with the Easterly line of Bay-
berry Road, thence continuing along the Southwesterly line of Wunne-
wets Road and along the Westerly line of Bayberry Road subtended by
a chord bearing South 37 degrees 33 minutes 30 seconds East a distance
