line of Mattituck Cemetery; thence South 370 20' 30" East along said
Cemetery 440.26 feet to a monument set in the northerly line of said
Main Road; and thence South 480 57' 30" West along the northerly line
of said Main Road 844.83 feet to the point or place of beginning.
