Road at the southeasterly corner of the premises herein described,
adjoining land of Buckingham on the south; running thence along said
lard of Buckingham, South 270 421 400 West 262.68 feet to an iron pipe
and land of Dittman; running thence along said land of Dittman, North
700 381 'Nest 81.10 feet to an iron pipe and land of Taylor; running
thence along said land of Taylor, North 260 391 East 262.98 feet to

along the westerly side of Westphalia Road, South 700 001 East 85.85
