ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beingxan:Ex at Oregon, North of Cutchogue, Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, New York, bounded and described ss follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of the Oregon North Road
at a point 24114 feet easterly as measured along the southerly side of
said Oregon North Road from a monument marking the northeast corner of
land of Common School District #14., Town of Southold, from said point
of beginning running in a southerly direction in a line parallel to the
easterly line of said Common.School District #14 and along land for-
merly of Daniel Ruthinowski 150 feet; running thence along other
land formerly of Daniel Ruthinowski in an easterly direction in a line
Parallel to said southerly line of the Oregon North Road 80 Peet;
running thence in a northerly direction in a line parallel to the first

course herein and still along other land formerly of DanielRuthinowski
150 feet to the southerly line of said Oregon North Road; running
thence in a westerly direction along the southerly line of said Oregon
North Road-80 Peet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
THIS CONVEYANCE hereunder is subject to a mortgage executed by Frank
D. Ruthinoski and Antoinet te M. Ruthinoski, his wife, to The North
Fork Bank and Trust Company, dated May 6th, 1955 in the principal sum

Dff ice on May 9, 19$$ in Liber 2403 of mortgages at page 208, on
which mortgage there is now due and unpaid
the sum of $ 4,988,68
with interest thereon at the rate of five
(5%) Per centum per
annum from the date hereof, and the grantee hereby assumes and
covenants to pay such mortgage debt and interest as part of the
consideration for this conveyance.
