the laws of the State of New York, with principal office

party of the first part,and
CHRISTINA ZAffE,iES, residing at 24-54 28th Street, Astoria,
New York.
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate,lying and being in dw Nattituck, Town of Southold., County of Suffolk,
- State of New York, known and described as lots NO.178 and 181 on
a certain map entitled, "Captain Kidd Estates" filed in the office
odf the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on January 19, 1949 as Nap
Noe 16'72.
No building shall be erected unless plans and specifica—
tions have first been approved in writing, by the Seller.
Subject to covenants, easements and restrictions of record,
if any.
This conveyance has been made with the unanimous consent,
in writing, of all the stockholders of the party of the first
part.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER withthe

appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part 'n and to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
