the Last Will and Testament of Herbert M. Reeve, residing on Mason

LINDA R. WYSOCKI, residing at 2915 Graeter Road, Fort Wayne,
Indiana, the sole issue of Malcolm M. Reeve, deceased,
party of the second part,
Witneeeeth that the party of the first part,in consideration of the sum of
ONE and 00/100 ---------------------------------dollar (;1.00 ----)
lawful money of the United States,
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim
unto the part y of the second part, her distributees and asaiins forever,1M
the Seven-Eighteenths (7/18ths) undivided interest of the party of
the first part, devised to the party of the second part under the
Last Will and Testament of Herbert M. Reeve, deceased, in the
premises described as follows:
- ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Mattituck,
- Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the northerly side of Sound Avenue,
which point is located a tie line course and distance of North j
810 42' 20" West 464.09 feet from a monument set at the intersection
of the southerly side of Sound Avenue with the westerly side of
Aldrich Lane; running thence from said point of beginning and along
the northerly side of Sound Avenue, the following three (3) courses
- and distances: (1) North 89° 53' 00" West 30.77 feet; (2) South
88° 14' 50" West 260.28 feet; (3) South 85° 36' 00" West 68.58 feet
to land now or formerly of Edward W. Harbes; thence along said last
mentioned land, the following two courses and distances: (1) North
22° 18' 50" West 2044.25 feet; (2) South 69° 36' 40" West 292.44 feet
to land now or formerly of Levon Properties Inc.; thence along said
last mentioned land the following three courses and distances:
(1) South 70° 02' 40" West 44 feet; (2) North 28° 39' 20" West
252.51 feet to a monument; (3) North 19° 38' 20" West and passing
through a monument, 2445.80 feet to the ordinary high water mark of
Long Island Sound; thence North 74° 20' 00" East along the said
ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound 75 feet to land now or
formerly of P. Ballot; thence South 19° 41' 10" East along said last
mentioned land 760 feet; thence North 70° 26' 30" East and still
along said last mentioned land and along lands now or formerly of
B. Kirkup, Holtz and Sandlands and H. Holtz, passing through three
monuments, 507.09 feet to a monument and land of Richard H. Price j
and Helen S. Price, his wife; thence along said last mentioned land t e

Sound Avenue at the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of
the first part in and to the land lying in the streets and roads
in front of and adjoining said premises.
THIS conveyance is made as a distribution to the party of the
second part of her undivided interest in the subject premises all in
accordance with the Fourth Article of the Last Will and Testament
of Herbert M. Reeve, deceased.
