Fischer residing at 50 Meadow Lane, Riverhead, New York party of the first part,and Albert A. Warren and Margaret M. Warren, his wife, both residing at Mattituck, New York party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first pan,in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consident- tion paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release onto the party of the second part,the distrlbuteas or succexors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain ploy piece or parcel of land,With the buildings and improvemab thereon erected, sisnate lying and being imdlx at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Pike Street at the southwesterly corner of the premises herein described and the south- easterly corner of land now or formerly of J. Gildersleeve 159 feet to the southerly line of the Loaf Island Railroad Co.; thence North 46 degrees 19 minutes 40 seconds East along land of the Long island Railroad Co., 130.93 feet to land now or formerly of F. G.
