State of New York, bounded and described as follows: Northerly by
the Old Middle Road; Easterly by lands of Agnes Grabowski, South-
erly by Main Road and Westerly by lands of Barney Sidor and 14artin
Sidor.
EXCEPTING THE9EFROM so much thereof as was heretofore conveyed
to Edward B. Rutkoski and wife by deed dated December 18, 19539
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in liber 3651 of
deeds at nage 146, and so much thereof as was heretofore conveyed
to Nenry M. Rutkoski and wife by deed dated November 30, 1954, and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in liber 3821 of deeds
at page 105, and F-MEPTING THEREFROM so much as was taken by the
County of Suffolk for the new extension of the County Highway.

Being and intended to be the same premises heretofore conveyed
by Alvah S. Mulford, unmarried, to John Rutkowski and Laura Rutkowski,
his wife, by deed dated January 2, 1924, and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office in liber 1092 of deeds at pare 56 on January
3, 1924., at 4:40 P.r. and EXCEPTI'N'G THEREFROM so much as was hereto-
fore conveyed and hereinbefore mentioned.
