TOGETHER with the use of a right-o£-way eight feet wide to and from Wickham Avenue to Long Creek, a branch of Mattituck Bay, to pass and repass on foot only; said right-of-way commencing at the northerly Junction of Middle Road and Wickham Avenue, at a concrete monument, running in a Westerly direction eight feet; thence running in a Northerly direction one hundred thirty feet parallel with the boundary line of property of Hubert W. Klein and Gustav Bayer, to mean high water mark of Long Creek; thence running in an Easterly direction along Long Creek to land of Hubert Klein; thence running in a Southerly direction along the Western boundary of property of Hubert W. Klein one hundred thirty feet to a concrete monument, the Northerly Junction of Middle Road and Wickham Avenue, the point or place of beginning. TOGETHER with the use of a right-of-way known as Farm Road, to pass and repass from Grant Boulevard to Wickham Avenue. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of the first part of, in and to land lying within the bounds of "Farm Road" and Grant Boulevard, adjacent to said premises. SUBJECT, however, to the easements of others therein in Farm Road and Grant Boulevard of record for the purposes of travel.
