corner of land conveyed by EDITH M. YOUNG to the parties of the first part by
deed dated March 14, 1949; running along said land conveyed by EDITH M. YOUNG
to the parties of the first part, North 640 15' West 137.89 feet to other
land now or formerly of EDITH M. YOUNG; thence along said other land now or
formerly of EDITH M. YOUNG North 360 48' East 49.90 feet to the westerly corner
I of land of FRANK OLIVER; thence along said land of FRANK OLIVER, South 700
00' East 141.38 feet to the northwesterly line of said private road; thence
along the northwesterly line of said private road,. South 360 48' West 64.36
feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right-of-way over said private road from the point of
