Raynor Wickham; THENCE North 21 degrees 25 minutes East 200 feet along the easterly line of this roadway to a cement monument; THENCE South 78 degrees 02 minutes 10 seconds East 105 feet along the property of W. Raynor Wickham to a monument; I . THENCE southerly 200.00 feet along property of Stevenson to a cement monument in the northerly line of Suffolk Avenue; THENCE westerly 135 feet by and along the northerly line of R Suffolk Avenue to the point or place of beginning. SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions, easements, reservations I and agreements of record, if any, and SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey may show. The party of the first part represents that the grantee and grantor set forth in deed recorded in Liber 5305, Page 498, are one and the same persons as the grantees set forth in deed recorded in Liber 3109, Page 100. Said parcel, for the purpose of identification, being and intended to be the same premises shown on a certain survey made by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, dated October 22, 1965, annexed hereto and made a part hereof. �—
