The grantor herein is the same person as the grentee-in deed
made by Ralph W. Sterling dated 8-28-43 and recorded 10-27-43 in
I' Liber 2320 cp 83 and by deed 2-10-44 recorded on 1-19-45 in Liber
i .2418 cp 545, made by Ralph W. Sterling both of said deeds recorded
