WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and 'me rQ ements thereon erected,
situate,lying and beingXX)(h eat Mattituek, Town of SOutYl0ln, Suffolk County,
j Now York, known and designated as Lot 12 on a certain map entitled,
"Map of Subdivision of Saltaire Estates", and filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on August 3, 1966 as Map Number 4662.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions as contained in Declaration
of Protective Covenants dated August 5, 1966 and recorded in Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on August 10, 1966 in Liber 6009 of deeds at
page 320.
This conveyance is made in the regular course of business
actually conducted by the party of the first part.

Way" and uWavecrest 'Land" for access to public roads.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the mortgagor
to the plot designated as "Right of Way" running from Sound View
