THIS INDENTURE,made the lb dayof July ,nineteen hundred and Sixty-five
BETWEEN
RICHARD H. PRICE and HELEN S. PRICE, his wife, both
residing at Sound Avenue, Mattituck, New York, as
tenants by the entirety,
party of the first part,and
RICHARD H. PRICE and HELEN S. PRICE, both residing
at Sound Avenue, Mattituck, New York„ as equal tenants
in common and not as tenants by the entirety,

paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs

lying and being
at West Mattituck, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New
York, bounded and described as follows:-
South by Sound Avenue; East by lands of
Woolverton, Rothmeyer and another; North by Long Island
Sound and Lands now or formerly of Kirkup, Whittaker and
'another, formerly of Anderson; West by said lands formerly
of Anderson and lands of the Estate of H. M. Reeve. Con-
taining 45 Acres be the same more or less.
Being and intended to be the same parcel conveyed
by NORMA Hr BEATTIE to RICHARD H. PRICE and HELEN S. PRICE,
by deed dated May 12th, 1958, andrecordedin the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on May 21st, 1958, in Liber 4463
of Deeds at page 46.
