party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other Y.1cable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being 6l " at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
State of New York, known and described as lot #95, on a certain map
entitled "Captain Kidd Estates," filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on January 19, 1949 as HaD #1692.
No building shall be erected unless plans and specifications
have first been approved in writing by the Seller.
This Conve,,ance has been made with the unanimous consent,
in writing, of all the stockholders of the party of the first part.
Subject to a Purchase Money First Mortgage of even date, in
the amount of Siyteen—i:undred—Seventy—Five—Dollars (51675.00),
bearing interest at the rate of 6%, and intended to be recorded in
the Suffolk County Clrrk's Office sinultaneously herewith.
