WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,

Suffolk and State of New York, more particularly bounded and
decor bed as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Pike Street
which is distant 222 feet easterly as measured along the southerly
side of Pike Street from the corner formed by the intersection of
the easterly side of Wickham Avenue and the southerly side of Pike
Street which point of beginning is intended to be the point of
intersection of the easterly line of the land now or formerly of
Oliver and the southerly side of Pike Street;
RUNNING thence north 560 39' 50" east along the southerly side
of Pike Street a distance of 40 feet to the land now or formerly
of Samuels;
RUNNING thence south 330 11' 40" east along the land now or

_ 75 feet to the land now or formerly of the North Fork Bank and
Trust Co.;
- THENCE south 560 39' 50" west along the land now or formerly
of the North Fork Bank and Trust Co. a distance of 40 feet to the

THENCE north 330 11' 40" west along the land now or formerly
of Oliver a distance of 75 feet to the southerly side of Pike
,Street and the point or place of beginning.

BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to GEORGE
E. BROWN, as surviving tenant by the entirety who with his wife -
VESTA D. BROWN acquired title by deed from WILLIAM H. DRUM and -
GRACE L. DRUM, his wife, dated 3/9/29 and recorded 4/9/29 in
Liber 1425 cp 188.
