BETWEEN GEORGE H. TAYLOR, residing at Mattituck, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York,

lawful money of the United States,and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or

BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Westphalia Road

Map of Deer Park, filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July
25, 1960 as Map No. 3204; thence South 700 331 2011 East along the
southerly side of Westphalia Road, 75 feet to land formerly of Mrs.
Rodney Cox and more recently of E. Dickerson; thence South 180 45'
30" West along the last mentioned land 264 feet to the northerly side
of Lot No. 3 on the aforementioned Map of Deer Park duly filed in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office; thence partly along the northerly side
of Lot No. 3 and along the northerly side of Lot No. 2 on the aforesaid
map, North 700 331 200 West 75 feet to the easterly side of Lot No. 2
on said map; thence North 180 451 30" East along the easterly side of
Lots 2 and 1 on the aforesaid map, 264 feet to the southerly side of
Westphalia Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Jennie
Lester to George H. Taylor by deed dated August 10, 1955 and recorded
in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 12, 1955 in Liber 3946 of
deeds at page 321.
