SAID PREMISES being the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by Deed of JOSEPH A. GILLES and ATHALIE F. GILLES, his wife, dated October 4th 1955, and recorded in Liber 3996 at Page 19 of Conveyances in the County Clerk's Office, Suffolk County, on the 17th day of October, 1955.
