THIS INDENTURE,made the first day of January nineteen hundred and Sixty-Six.
BETWEEN EDWARD J. CONLAN, residing at Cedar Drive (no street number)
Mattituck, Suffolk County, New v_ork,
party of the first part,and BERYL E. STEADMAN, residing at Sound Avenue (no

paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release onto the party of the second part,the heirs
for successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in.tht- at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
�. and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set on the north side of Main North Road
at the dividing line of property of Graham H. Jackson and the Long
Island Lighting Company, thence north 220 291 west a distance of
208.7 feet to a stake; thence in an easterly direction along the
southerly boundary of land of Gilles a distance of 408.4 feet to
a stake; thence south 700 101 east 243 feet to a post set on the
northerly side of Main North Road; thence in a westerly direction
along the northerly side of Main North Road a distance of 360.5
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
SAID PREMISES being the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by Deed of JOSEPH A. GILLES and ATHALIE F. GILLES,
his wife, dated October 4th 1955, and recorded in Liber 3996 at
Page 19 of Conveyances in the County Clerk's Office, Suffolk
County, on the 17th day of October, 1955.
SUBJECT to a first mortgage held by the Riverhead Savings Bank
reduced to the sum of ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-FOTRDOLLARS Fc 310E
and interest, which the party of the 2MI!$ part agrees and assumes
