South 78 degrees 04 minutes 50 seconds West 124.81 feet, measured
along the Northerly line of Main Road, from the Westerly line

RUNNING THENCE South 77 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds West along
thellortherly line of Main Road 45 feet to a monument; THENCE

Cecelia Winiarz 80 feet to a monument; THENCE North 77 degrees
18 minutes 40 seconds East still along other land of
Cecelia Winders 45 feet to a pipe set in the Westerly line of
land formerly of George J. Turner (Esso Standard 011 Co.); and
THENCE South 26 degrees 17 minutes 50 seconds East along said
last mentioned land 80 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING
TOGETHER with an easement for sewerage lines and cesspools to the

the party of the first part and her deceased husband Stanislaw
Winiarz to the party of the second parr,which deeds were record(IJ in
Liber 5674 Cp 535 and Liber 5718 Cp 238, amd in part to include the
easements last above described.
