RAKOWICZ and BARBARA A. RAKOWICZ, his wife, both residing at Osborne Avenue, Riverhead, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the:party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,ppiece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate, IvingandbeingiEEmExxk at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of Main Road, (N.Y.S. Route 25), distant 60.54 feet northeasterly from a point thereon where it is intersected by the northeasterly side of land now or formerly of Frederick Sicking; running thence North 41 de- grees 00 minutes West, along land now or formerly of Sarnowski, 150 feet; thence along land now or formerly of the Roman Catholic Church of the Sacred Heart, (1) North 39 degrees 30 minutes East, 65 feet and (2) South 42 degrees 32 minutes East, 150 feet to the northwesterly side of Main Road and thence South 40 degrees 00 min- utes West, along the northwesterly side of Main Road, 69 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. SUBJECT to any state of facts that an accurate survey may show. SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions, reservations, easements and agreements of record, if any. BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises held by Anna Macwiejezuk, now known as Anna Cain, as surviving tenant by the endrety, by deed dated June 1, 1929, recorded June 3, 1929, in Liber 1435, page 402, made by John Macwiejezuk and Eva Macwiejezuk, his wife.
